Can I exchange my item?
We do not offer exchanges. Most items are made to order, one of a kind and custom made, therefore we do not offer exchanges. We list a very detailed description and sizing info with each item. Depending on the situation, a credit may be offered if exchange request is approved. Please note approval is not guaranteed.

Can I get a refund for my order? All refund requests must be emailed and approved. Depending on the situation, a refund may be offered if the request is approved. Please note approval is not guaranteed.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can, however since most of our items are hand created a processing time is required.

READY MADE ITEMS: Please allow 3 business to days to process, plus shipping time to expect your order.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: Most items are made to order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days, plus shipping time after ordering to expect or to receive your order.

CUSTOM ITEMS: Please allow 3 to 6 weeks days to process, depending on your order plus shipping time after placing the order to expect or receive your order.
- PRE ORDER ITEMS: Please allow up to 3-4 weeks to process then ship.

CAN YOU RUSH MY ORDER?
Although we do have waiting periods for all items, we do understand that some items may be needed quicker to meet a deadline, gift idea or special occasion. Rush orders must be approved to ensure that we can expedite your needs. If time permits, and we have the product in stock and the materials you may qualify for a rush order. I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at thecierralynncollection@gmaIL.com.
