Shipping Policy

We ship all items via UPS primarily and sometimes USPS.  Tracking numbers are sent when you item has shipped via email. Please note that if you ordered multiple items, your items may ship separately and will have different tracking numbers. Each tracking number is always emailed.

All items have specified shipping times. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. 

DAMAGES OR LOST ITEMS:  Cierra Lynn LLC does not replace lost, stolen or damaged items in transit. If any item is lost, stolen or damaged from a shipping company A CLAIM MUST BE FILED WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY, NOT CIERRA LYNN LLC.

WRONG ADDRESS: If you entered the wrong address or left out info from an address and your item has been shipped, you may have to pay for shipping twice. All updated addresses must be communicated to us ASAP OR BEFORE.
